Used their online service to request an appointment for a brake repair. They never bothered to return a call, message or anything. I phoned they answered said hold and never came back.

This is the place that knows what they are doing and is out to provide honest service at a fair price. Their level of knowledge along with running a business that tries to do right by the customers saved me a bunch of cash (many hundreds of dollars, at least). I just had some work done on my 10 year old Toyota van and these guys far exceeded my expectations. They fixed my air conditioner and while they were at it refastened the plastic panel under the front of the car that was making all kinds on noise at no charge. Sounds like a small thing and I guess it is, but they could have tacked on another half hour of labor or some shop fees, or worse said i needed unnecessary work. I’ll definitely bring my vehicles here in the future and the other nice bonus is I will feel comfortable having them do work that in the past I would have either done myself or deferred.
