After moving to the area I was worried about finding a reliable and honest auto shop, and ended up taking my car to Inmon after reading so many positive reviews. And they did not disappoint. I had a great experience, and top notch customer service. JP went above and beyond to explain the issue occurring with my car, let me know what to keep an eye out for, and even provided a print out so I understood how the part worked and what was going on with it. JP and his team have always performed well for me. This time, the parts for my 2007 Acura MDX were located and delivered earlier than expected and the work was done a day earlier than I expected. The driving me home after I dropped off my vehicle and picking me up at home when the work was done was and always has been an outstanding service. You can't go wrong with Inmon Automotive Services.!

Inmon did an outstanding job with our new Jeep! I bought it from a dealer, and wanted to get everything looked over and up to par. They gave me lots of options and got the Jeep running like new. This is our one and only place we trust with our cars!

This is based from my experience only. I took it for a break issue and ended up just changing my oil. They zipped tied my skid plate aka bottom engine cover and was dragging everywhere. Will never bring it here again.

Good morning and I'm truly embarrassed and apologetic that you had such a poor experience at my shop. If I remember correctly, we checked out your vehicle for a brake noise issue and we did not find any braking issues. Your vehicle was due for an oil change and we found your wind damn damaged from coming loose and being drug. I apologize, but when we showed you the damaged plastics and explained that the zipties would be best to put back in place due to the damaged and torn clips or replace the plastics all together, I thought we agreed that was the best option for now to get you back up and going. I believe we also spoke about you contacting the dealer to order a new under plastic and we would install them for free. Please forgive me since my communication was the error.
