Five ⭐️doesn't even begin to rate how amazing this shop is !! Took my car in for an oil change and inspection and had no clue what a gem of an automotive place this would be and true God send. Starting w/Shawna driving me home and picking me up instead of having to wait, on to JJ the most patient and thorough manager in the business. He explained every detail of what needed attention and, as well as sent an email w/pictures, pricing, and in what order they recommended was priority. Not once did I feel pressure. JJ even said we understand most times not everything can be done at once. And, upon my 2nd trip to start fixing areas of most concern, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner JP who is also an earth angel and the kindest most honest human I've met in all of my automotive experiences. You definitely can see the trickle down effect of amazing customer service, kindness, and honesty starting at the top !! I'll definitely continue working with Inmon in the future and well worth the travel to work with them. I'm not sure I'll be able to go anywhere else after this wonderful experience. 🙏🏻

The staff is great and they took good care of me.

My experience was excellent. The oil change included a general vehicle inspection that was very thorough, including photographs and a report. The price was fair. I was most impressed with the staff's care of a woman who had her car towed in and was very upset about her situation. The care and reassurance they showered on her was impressive and made me feel like this was their normal service. Yes, I will be back.

JJ and the crew at Inmon’s always take such great care of my family’s vehicles! They truly go above and beyond for their customers, and I especially appreciate how JJ takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions in a way that actually makes sense! He genuinely wants you to understand what’s going on with your vehicle. If your vehicle actually needs a certain service or part, that’s what they recommend - you’re not going to get a list of unnecessary repairs just so they can make more money. If one light bulb is out, they’re not going to tell you that you need to replace all of them. They’re straightforward, HONEST, and genuinely look out for their customers. There’s no BS with these guys, and that kind of honesty is hard to find these days! I’ll continue recommending Inmon’s to everyone I know! 😊

Great Service.

I’ve just made a purchase my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder that in need of transmission & Coolant fluid replaced plus an AC system needs to be checked. I chose Inmon automotive service because of their high reliability reviews. Coolant and transmission service was all completed. However AC systems was not but I was told it has a small leak and I have to go back for a final repairs.. Picked up the vehicle the end of the day drove off the lot and found out immediately the vehicle shook so bad ! Services engine soon light came on! Basically it was undrivable. Informed Inmon automotive right away what’s going on and was told have it towed back to the shop and they will find out what happened.. Come to found out It was the coil that went bad and Inmon automotive replaced and serviced for no extra additional cost.. Even though the AC system wasn’t complete, I’m satisfied that Inmon automotive got me back on the road .. It was very unique car repairs experience! Thank you, Jason Homsombath
