I’ve seen and heard many horror stories when it comes to mechanics, so I was wary when I took my truck in to Inmon. “They overcharged me..”, “They did a bunch of work I didn’t ask for..”There was never an issue before..” I’ve heard it all, especially working for Advance Auto Parts, so I was relieved to find how Inmon operated, and kept me in the loop of issues found and more importantly, gave me advice on several potential problematic issues so I could intervene to save myself time and money down the road. I also would like to say that these are not just good mechanics, they are good human beings. They were willing to call and pay for an Uber to get me home after dropping my truck off early on a super cold and windy morning..I didn’t ask, they just offered, and it’s the little things like that, that go a long way for people like me (Besides the expedient and concise work).
