JP and his team have always performed well for me. This time, the parts for my 2007 Acura MDX were located and delivered earlier than expected and the work was done a day earlier than I expected. The driving me home after I dropped off my vehicle and picking me up at home when the work was done was and always has been an outstanding service. Inmon did an outstanding job with our new Jeep! I bought it from a dealer, and wanted to get everything looked over and up to par. They gave me lots of options and got the Jeep running like new. This is our one and only place we trust with our cars!

This is based from my experience only. I took it for a break issue and ended up just changing my oil. They zipped tied my skid plate aka bottom engine cover and was dragging everywhere. Will never bring it here again.

Good morning and I'm truly embarrassed and apologetic that you had such a poor experience at my shop. If I remember correctly, we checked out your vehicle for a brake noise issue and we did not find any braking issues. Your vehicle was due for an oil change and we found your wind damn damaged from coming loose and being drug. I apologize, but when we showed you the damaged plastics and explained that the zipties would be best to put back in place due to the damaged and torn clips or replace the plastics all together, I thought we agreed that was the best option for now to get you back up and going. I believe we also spoke about you contacting the dealer to order a new under plastic and we would install them for free. Please forgive me since my communication was the error. I am new to the area and don’t know anyone here. I was having trouble with my vehicle starting. I called JP at Inmon and he went above and beyond to get me in right away, diagnose the problem and have me back on the road ASAP. We left our car here to get serviced while we were on a cruise for a week out of Cape Canaveral. The shop is conveniently located near the port. Alex got our car all tuned up and feeling great in time for the big trip up the coast to drive back home. We got new front and rear shocks and an alignment while it was being serviced. It drives like a dream now and made for a comfortable ride home loaded down with four passengers and luggage. It was a smooth and balanced ride. On the ride home, we had a dump truck swerve in front of us and slam on the breaks to pull into a construction zone on the highway. Our car responded perfectly! We were all so glad that we had the extra work done to ensure we got home safely. We are SO appreciative to Alex and the rest of the fantastic crew at Inmon Automotive for their quality work. I highly recommend them!
