Just tried calling for quote and the guy can’t help until I get my vehicle towed there and was very rude. I can’t drive anywhere and I am just trying to find the most fair price and he can’t even quote me I just got a quote from dboys. Not good customer service.

Mrs. Daniels I apologize but we cannot offer legitimate pricing without seeing your vehicle. That is correct. We did and do offer a free assessment once you can get the vehicle to our property and a technician can take a look at it. I think sending out a poor review for following our policies is unfair! If shops in the area are giving you quotes without seeing your vehicle, we wish you the best! Making financial estimates unseen....That... is poor customer service! The crew at Inmon is great. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. They went over my Grand daughter's car with a fine tooth comb to insure that it would be in tip top, safe shape when she takes it to Oregon next month. I have never been disappointed with the service that I recieve at Inmon.
