My young daughter made appointment with Inmon to get our van ac looked at to see why it did not work. When she made the appointment, the manager, she told me he was very rude just making the appointment. She was late bringing the van in and was yelled at for being late and called stupid for putting coolant in herself. She felt really bad after the scolding she said we could leave the van for how long it takes. She came home crying and my friend that picked her up said he was still yelling. My daughter called after 24 hours of them having our vehicle to see if it was done. 3 of my customers could hear the manager screaming abusively at her for not calling earlier. I went to pick up the vehicle and this same manager was all red with anger and started abusing me also. I know there is no reason ever to talk to people like that I have 4 witnesses that will also review the unexplained abuse that came from this man over time, calling us stupid and said personal rude comments to me and gave us the finger as we pulled out. I’m reading the report and they really still have no idea what is wrong with the AC??? If you are a women, I highly recommend going somewhere else, this was too too insane for me.

I called around when I was really unhappy with an estimate from a repair place. I've used for years just up the street. I called and JJ sounded knowledgeable and fair, so I moved my car from the previous garage to here. The price was fair and JJ was very helpful and tespectful, and Shawna even gave me a ride all the way back to Cocoa Beach, which I thought was really nice, especially since it was so hot and taking the bus would've been arduous. I will definitely bring my next car situation back to Inmon.

If I could leave more than a five star recommendation, I would do so. The quality of customer service is superior to any place that I have ever taken my car. And I've been to a lot. There is a satisfying mix of professionalism and friendliness that I believe is a challenging but necessary mix when it comes to having a great business. Inmon Automotive Services excells in both customer service and in keeping your vehicle in tiptop shape Explanations are thorough. If you have a lot of bad things going on underneath the hood, the man in charge can break things down into categories of severity. This allows you to have the most serious mechanical issues addressed first and then go from there on subsequent visits. The method is upfront and there is no pressure. You can feel safe knowing that Inmon Automotive Services will treat you right. They are the best of the best in my opinion.

Inmon has very nice waiting room, very clean restroom, view of my car being worked on, assortment of books, puzzles for kids & adults, same of beverages + healthy end snacks & TV.

I am new to Merritt Island and I found a fantastic repair shop and mechanic. This company is very professional very detailed and thorough.JJ is fantastic to work with and keeps you updated along the way I highly recommend this company I brought my other car in for repair.

Went in to ask about a diagnostic… the front desk guy was super rude and not friendly whatsoever. Not a great way to get someone’s business and I will not be returning. I solved the issue elsewhere.

Brought my 2021 Mazda CX 30 AC wasn’t working JJ at the front desk explain to me in detail what the tech was gonna go through Randall. I think that’s a gentleman’s name that worked on my car fixed it in a couple hours picked it up the next day in the afternoon. Outstanding job greatly appreciate.
