The staff at Inmon never cease to amaze me. Their level of service, professionalism, and honesty is refreshing in a world where those traits are disappearing. While many auto shops will take advantage of a customer's lack of knowledge in automobiles, the folks at Inmon are the complete opposite. The first time I took a vehicle to them -- around 2003, I came in because I thought my car was leaking oil and needed to get it checked out. Turns out it was burning oil (not leaking). They could have replaced numerous things on the car, charged me an arm and a leg, and I wouldn't have known any better. Instead, they shot me straight. Told me it was burning oil, and that it would be fine to drive for awhile as long as I kept an eye on the oil levels. The craziest part was, they didn't even charge me for labor after working on the car for 2+ hours. Seriously, who does that!? And again, this was my very first visit. They didn't know me from Adam. Several weeks later I was at a gas pump and one of the owners came up to me because he recognized me and the car, and asked how it was running. That first encounter was an incredible experience, and every time I have been back since has been equally amazing. Even after moving to the other side of the state, I still drive 2+ hours to Inmon any time I need my vehicle serviced. They are simply amazing. The staff at Inmon Automotive are constant reminders that there are still good people in this world.
