I have an older but still reliable Honda Odyssey and recently took it to the dealer who recommended several expensive repairs. To get a second opinion, I made an appointment at Inmon Automotive, brought the car in for a checkup and after a thorough examination, found that the repairs were not as critical as described by the dealer. JP Snead actually took me out to the rack and showed me the condition of each item. How many service shops do that? JP did point out that my tires, while still having some tread left, had slight cracking in them and were getting old (manufacture date of late 2012) and was a concern. With that information, I will soon be replacing the tires as those are safety related items. I want to thank JP Snead and the mechanic, who I didn’t get his name, for their professionalism and work ethic.
