The best and most fair auto repair shop I have been to yet. I came in with a dropped cylinder and misfiring in others. They quickly identified the problems, replaced the plugs and coils, all within a day, and my Cadillac has never run better. They even took care of other error codes without charging me for the work. JP took awesome care of me, and as a former loyal Firestone customer, Inmon is now my new #1 auto repair shop. Wish I had been going there sooner (especially considering Inmon noticed and fixed something Firestone screwed up on my Navigator). If you haven't tried them, I would seriously consider giving them a visit for your next repair.

I dropped off my wife's 2007 Town and Country to have some front-end work done. Eric contacted me once they had looked the vehicle over to inform me on what was wrong, gave me a price and estimated time frame. I told them to proceed forward with the work, they contacted me when the vehicle was done which was actually earlier than what they had estimated. Following that they offered to pick me up to come and get the vehicle. The pricing was competitive and the experience was very simple and easy, I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family to take their vehicles to inmon auto Mike Sheppard.
