I dropped off my wife's 2007 Town and Country to have some front-end work done. Eric contacted me once they had looked the vehicle over to inform me on what was wrong, gave me a price and estimated time frame. I told them to proceed forward with the work, they contacted me when the vehicle was done which was actually earlier than what they had estimated. Following that they offered to pick me up to come and get the vehicle. The pricing was competitive and the experience was very simple and easy, I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family to take their vehicles to inmon auto Mike Sheppard.

In the past I had my 2003 Jeep Wrangler Sahara serviced at the original dealership, but really prefer to support small business. I initially met with JP to discuss the repair I though was needed and was very pleased with his suggestions. I then spoke with Eric to let him know when I was having the Jeep towed there. The two issues I needed addressed (throttle cable and fog light switch) were both handled efficiently and in a timely manner. I really appreciated being treated with respect (I know a fair amount about cars) and with excellent customer service. I love that this has been a family owned business since 1959 and that Ivan, Terry and JP are now keeping that tradition going!

I needed a second opinion and some advice after doing a head gasket repair myself on my Mazda pickup, which was still smoking and had a couple minor coolant leaks. Eric was the person I interacted with the most, and he was fabulous! A huge help, and very patient with answering all of my questions. These guys are skilled in diagnostics and working with cylinder heads and engines, which you don't find at just any shop. I am so grateful to find a legitimate shop that I can trust. I have been utilizing Inmon Automotive for about 3 years and can't say enough about how they treat their customers. Eric & JP are always friendly, attentive, and explain repairs thoroughly.
